1) Mitch McConnell, Lindsey Graham and Donald Trump are anarchists, traitors and enemies of American Democracy.
2) They have declared the Senate Impeachment Trial of Donald Trump will be a sham event; a kangeroo court.
3) All three believe to win at any cost is the rule of the Republican party.
4) If they are allowed to proceed, they will accomplish their objective and Trump will declare total exoneration: a lie but he will saturate the media with his False Proclamation like he did with the Obama birther lie.
5) The solution is easy. The House votes for impeachment then Nancy Pelosi tables the Impeachment until after the election.
6) Her reason is that the Supreme Court will need time to rule on all House subpoenas for all persons and documents.
7) The court, even a Republican court will have to support the Separation of Powers and solve this subpoena issue aganist Trump and all future traitorous presidents.
8) It is a guaranteed win for the Democrats as opposed to one for the Republicans.
9) Nancy would be foolish to give an Impeachment to McConnell with his bragging that he will subvert the Constitution to give Trump a win.
10) Nancy. Take the Impeachment vote, table the impeachment until after the Supreme Court rules and the documents and witnesses are reviewed.
11) Nancy. Do not allow McConnell to give Trump a loaded gun.

Friends the acts and decisions of Mitch McConnell and Trump to not try to increase election security is a traitorous act. This is especially so after Mueller stated that the Russian interference in 2016 was significant and that that work by the Russians has been ongoing. There have been other articles that state that the Iranians and the Chinese are also following the Russian assault on American Democracy through voting and voter manipulation. We even had Trump requesting the Russians to help with the Hillary emails. When Mueller said that Russians are interfering and Trump and McConnell refused to put max effort to stop it, that seems to be a conspiracy between the Russians, Trump and McConnell. That undeniably makes Trump and McConnell traitors and if evidence comes out that the Russians have made a significant manipulation of the vote in 2020, then Trump and McConnell need to be charged and brought to trial as traitors with the potential penalty being the death penalty. There could be no doubt they were openly conspiring with the Russians There is another voting issue that is not new. Trump and McConnell fully understand the manipulation of the vote to keep the Blacks in the South marginalized as well as other areas of the US.. The fact that there are electronic voting machines without a paper backup is undeniable evidence that the vote is being manipulated. Recounts are virtually impossible without a paper trail. Any electronic voting machine can be hacked. There is nothing that cannot be hacked. We need to use these machine to speed up the counting of votes. We cannot go back to paper ballots and get rid of the electronic machines. But the Electronic machines with the paper ballot for a backup in a perfect system. The voting machines can render a fast tally and it if looks off the paper ballots are there as an auditing tool. There must be a federal voting system put in place. If states want to use other machines for the state and local votes they can do that. But the Federal vote must be standardized. I think everyone is astounded at how vulnerable American democracy is when you have a President that acts like a dictator. The amount of democratic deconstruction that has taken place with Trump as president in mind boggling. The structure of American Democracy is far more fragile than anyone ever thought. One final point, there are fewer Republicans than Democrats. Yet the Republicans stay in power through the Electoral College, gerrymandering, incredible money spent to manipulate opinions and the ownership of the News by rich Republicans not to mention the undermining of public education by the Republicans and the packing of the court with Republican judges. All these things are necessary because on a level playing field the Democratic majority of voters would actually achieve equal rights and the racism of the Republicans would be severely undermined. The problems now confronting American Democracy after 240 years is very worrisome. 2020 will be a watershed moment for American Democracy. If Trump wins he will mount a full-on attack. In the last year, Trump has allowed his racism to show with little concern about it costing him any votes from his core of Republicans voters. America is under siege by its president and Mitch McConnell. And the rest of the Republican Party. No true American can deny that.

TRUMP AND MCCONNELL VS. AMERICAN DEMOCRACY. 

Friends the shutdown is really in McConnell's hands right now. He has bills from the Democrats to send to the Senate for a vote. The vote will tell if there is a chance to override a TRUMP veto. Then you go forward. No one knows what TRUMP will do when he has a bill in front of him to sign that was agreed to by the Senate and the House. TRUMP is a dark soul who cares only about power and control. He is determined to put the Democrats in their place. He could not be playing this game without McConnell.

Trump cannot win this. It seems to me that there is going to come a point where Americans are going to say it does not matter what happens, Trump and the Republicans are finished. The question is how long will that be. Can the shutdown last until the elections in 2020? I don't think that could happen without violence coming into play.

I keep repeating over and over, the majority of Americans did not vote for Trump or his MAGA plan for America. The Republicans lost big in the 2018 elections. Even the most ignorant American knows that the government cannot remain closed. Even the most ignorant American knows that Russia and China are looking as to what they feel they can take without a fight with America in a shutdown mode. It is a very dangerous situation developing in the world community with America looking like Democracy has failed.

Putin wanted to create chaos in America and he has pulled it off. Who can question that. The election was manipulated. No one denies that. Trump is now refusing to talk about what he and Putin have discussed. That is a breach of trust by Trump with all Americans. Trump is a custodian of American Democracy, not a dictator.

I have said all along that Trump is a traitor to American Democracy and American Values. It is looking more and more like Trump is determined to end American Democracy as we know it if he can. It looks like Trump sees an opportunity as to just how far he can push toward a dictatorship. How much power he can actually take. How far can he push Americans.

I think Trump sees the end coming with the Mueller Report. William Barr says he will let Mueller finish his investigation but he cannot be held to that. We cannot trust Trump, we cannot trust McConnell and therefore we cannot trust William Barr as Attorney General.

American Democracy works because Americans have until now agreed to make it work. But now we have a president who does not agree to work to make American Democracy work. His agenda is to keep himself above the law and climb even higher above the law.

That is the reality. As long as Americans agree to compromise and work together American Democracy will work. When you get a dictator worshipper like Trump in office who does not agree that with him as President that Democracy has any value, then anything can happen.

At this time, I do not feel Trump is going to back down. I do not believe McConnell is going to back down. Trump cannot be successful in the course he has taken without McConnell. If you add William Barr to the mix, who has already publically said a year ago that the Mueller investigation was overstepping, and you add to that the Trump lying about everything, and McConnell backing him, you have to believe that Willaim Barr will be put into office and immediately shut down the Mueller investigation. What then?

What then is violence. If Barr shuts down Mueller, no sane American is going to allow things to keep on the same track until November 2020, much less past November 2020.

You have to understand clearly that Trump is not trying to stretch the law to increase his power. He does not believe in American Democracy. For him it is a philosophy of whatever works. He is not constrained by much of anything. He is thinking outside the box of American Democracy. And he has come a long way.

I am sorry to say that the comments of Congresswoman AOC, as much as what she says is true, is sending significant waves of panic into the Republicans ranks. Not the politicians but the ones who own those politicians. In their view, things are getting out of control. They knew the truth of thousands of years of governments that you cannot let the rank and file have control. Up until November 2018 the Republican owners felt they could buy the elections. Now with AOC they see that there is a movement out there that is not going to be bought off.

Things are getting much worse than the average person understands. Trump is wanting to push as far as he can. If the Democrats fold, Trump will increase his demand to $15 billion. He will push harder unless McConnell is out of the mix. Trump will laugh if the Democrats fold and demand more to see how far he can push them.

Lots of possible scenarios now with an unpredictable lying President who sees the grim reaper coming in the form of Mueller. If Mueller is allowed to finish his work, then the Democrats will have a green light to go all out against Trump. So the dangerous element right now is William Barr. If he is put in place, and he shuts down Mueller, then Trump, McConnell and Barr control the game. And there is no amount of power that will be enough for Trump.

Another manipulated election, Trump for another 4 years, American Democracy will implode. And probably implode in a violent way. No one can predict what would come on the other side of that scenario.

The solution on the other side of this crisis is 1) End the Electoral College that brought us here with a minority President and 2) an Independent non party affiliated president to force compromise.
